CERTAIN IMPORTED GOODS OBLIGED TO HAVE SPECIAL IMPORTER IDENTITY NUMBER (NPIK)

Considering:

that Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 141/MPP/Kep/3/2002 dated March 6,2002 on Special Importer Identity Number (NPIK) has been stipulated;

In view of:

Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 141/MPP/Kep/3/2002 dated March 6, 2002 on Special Importer Identity Number (NPIK).

DECIDES:

To stipulate :

FIRSTLY :

To stipulate certain imported goods obliged to have Special Importer Identity Number (NPIK), as contained in the attachment to this decision.

SECONDLY:

Any change in the stipulation of kinds of the goods as meant in FIRST Dictum shall be set forth by the Director General of Foreign Trade.

THIRDLY:

This decision shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
